Annie Spellman (she/her) currently serves as Ballet Chelsea’s Registrar. With a unique blend of expertise in dance education, customer relations, organizational leadership, and logistics, Annie plays a central role in supporting Ballet Chelsea’s families, staff, and operations. Throughout her time with Ballet Chelsea, Annie has showcased her versatility and commitment to the organization’s growth and mission. Her past positions as Ballet Mistress, Studio Manager, and Artistic Faculty have provided her with invaluable insights into all aspects of Ballet Chelsea, fostering a deep understanding of its inner workings.

Annie received her Bachelor of Arts degree, Magna Cum Laude with Highest Honors in dance pedagogy from Butler University. She then danced professionally with Ballet Theatre of Indiana where she also served as their Ballet Mistress. Annie’s passion for dance education brought her to Ballet Chelsea in 2018.

As Ballet Chelsea’s Registrar, Annie remains a driving force behind the organization’s success and its commitment to empowering young dancers. Her profound impact on both the organization and its students reflects her genuine passion for ballet and her dedication to providing exceptional high-caliber dance education for all.
