Ballet Chelsea's Performance Company requires a commitment from both dancer and parent. Ballet Chelsea prides itself on offering high-caliber training to dancers who are commitment to their art and community. Auditions for Ballet Chelsea Performance Company including Senior Company, Junior Company, Professional Training Program, Professional Artists, and Associate Artists will take place at Ballet Chelsea Studios on August 20, 2023. Rehearsals begin in September.

Audition Registration Form
All dancers auditioning will have to fill out a Audition Registration Form (this is an editable PDF) and submit it to [email protected] no later than Friday, August 18, 2023.
Forms can be submitted electronically to [email protected] or dropped off in our mailbox at the studio.

Audition Fee
A non-refundable $30 audition fee is due at the time of registration.
Registration is available via our online portal, Dance Studio Pro. If you are new to Ballet Chelsea, you will need to make an account with Dance Studio Pro in order to pay your registration fee.

Auditions for the 2023-24 Season: Sunday, August 20, 2023 at Ballet Chelsea Studio (1050 S. Main St, Chelsea MI)
August Associate Artists: Ages 7+
- 12:00pm - Check in opens for Junior Company Artists.
- 12:30-1pm - Auditions for Associate Company Artists.
Junior Company Artist: Ages 8-12
- 12:30pm - Check in opens & warm-up for Junior Company Artists.
- 1-2pm - Auditions for Junior Company Artists.
Senior Company Artists, Professional Training Program, and Professional Company Artists: Ages 13+
- 1pm - Check in opens & warm up for Senior Company Artists, Professional Training Program Artist, and Professional Company Artists.
- 2:00-3:30 pm - Audition for Senior Company Artists, Professional Training Program Artist, and Professional Company Artists
- 3:30-5pm - PTP Company Artists and Professional Company Artists audition continued
