Betsy brings more than 30 years of nonprofit experience to her role on Ballet Chelsea’s Board of Directors. With a professional background in computer information systems, she has dedicated most of her career to supporting community organizations through development, fundraising, and leadership.
Betsy’s love for dance began at the age of three. She grew up training primarily in ballet, while also exploring many other forms of dance, and that lifelong passion has carried into her family—her youngest daughter, Amanda, is an alumna of Ballet Chelsea. Over the years, Betsy has contributed both behind the scenes and in the studio, occasionally stepping in to teach when needed.
She is excited to bring together her professional expertise, nonprofit experience, and personal history in dance to help strengthen Ballet Chelsea’s programs and ensure the organization continues to thrive.
