Sole has been dancing since she was three years old. She started by wearing Tinkerbell tutus and learning to skip. Her ballet training began at the Royal Academy of Dance in Ann Arbor at the age of six. Soledad continued to dance at Community School of Ballet, Ballet Detroit, and iBallet before she finally found her home at Ballet Chelsea three years ago. At Ballet Chelsea she has been able to focus on her ballet training as well as learning new styles like contemporary, character, and mime. This past year as a junior she was given the opportunity to be a part of Ballet Chelsea’s Professional Trainee Program, and is enjoying the rigorous training that comes with it. Sole is honored to have been elected student representative and looks forward to giving back to the community that has supported and cared for her. She is excited for what will come next!
