Eszter has been a board member since 2021. She was born and raised in Hungary and moved to the United States in 1996 and is part of a large international family with members living in North America and Europe.

Eszter was trained as an Economist at the Budapest University of Economics and worked as a Researcher at its Labor Sciences Department. In 1991 Eszter joined Ford Motor Company at Ford’s first Eastern European facility, as a Human Resources Supervisor ever since she has been working in the automotive industry in various human resources positions.

In 1996 she moved to the United States and worked in the Detroit area, in Chicago, and from 2009 to 2014 in Germany.
Eszter currently works for Yazaki North America but plans to retire soon to spend more time volunteering and traveling.
